The rent for the whole space is 220€ a month or 110€ if shared by two people. If rented by two people, you'll have your own rental agreements.

Vacant 20m2 studio space at Vuosaari Tilajakamo! Near the metro station. Available from August 1st. The space is the other half of a spacious 40m2 studio.

The space is high with a big window. Well suited for painting or any other kind of use like writing or craft work. The space can be emptied and modified to your liking.
The other half is in use by two nice artists :)

The building has a sink for washing brushes, a good kitchen and toilets.
