Space needed for short-term construction project

I need a workshop space suitable for noisy, dusty work for a short-term project. Minimum size needed is 8m x 3m but there must be double doors and good access to street. Temperature at least 18C! Needed for 2 - 4 months during the winter. Can be part of a larger shared space.
