Looking For a Workspace in Helsinki

What i am ideally looking for:

⦁ A place where i can work during the day ( i am unlikely to be there Mondays and some Tuesday's)

⦁ A good community driven environment with opportunity to meet people, go for lunch together etc.

⦁ Somewhere quiet enough that i can deliver online training/classes

⦁ A place to host physical courses and workshops, irregularly during the day,some evenings and the odd weekend.

⦁ An international environment, but with the potential to practice my dodgy Finnish!

⦁ Altruistic and open values
