Hi! We are looking for a studio with a window which would be around 12 m2 or a bigger one if shared. Location wise, anywhere in the Helsinki AB zone would be good for us. We check all the offers!
We are Liisa Mudist (they/them) and Roy Boswell (he/they), currently finishing our MFA studies at Kuvataideakatemia. Liisa is a painter, poet, and writer from Estonia and Roy is a Finnish-British sculptor and writer from Helsinki. We would use the studio almost daily for painting, (non-dusty) sculpture work and writing. We tend to start working around 11-12:00 and might stay until 21 (it is rare for us to use the studio later than that, but it would be good if the studio had 24/7 access). Since we will use the studio for painting and sculpture, it is crucial for us to have access to a sink either in the studio or at least on the same floor.
