Jättäisin nurkkaan vähän omia työkalujani säilytykseen. Eli huone ei kokonaan tyhjä.
Sisältää sohva, iso työpöytä, työkalu teline.
Huone soveltuu hyvin pöytätyöskentelylle, maalareille, keveille pajatöille.

I’m subletting my workspace starting from December 1st, 2025. The space is located on Sahaajankatu in Roihupelto. The room is 16.5 m², with south-facing windows, on the second floor.
The building is quiet and well-maintained, with heating, a shared kitchen, and toilets.
The rent is €150 per month.
I would leave some of my own tools stored in one corner, so the room won’t be completely empty.
It includes a sofa, a large work desk, and a tool rack.
The room is well suited for desk work, painting, or light workshop activities.
