Availability for 2(–3) people at a very cozy (new) studio space in Ruskeasuo from January 2025 onwards!

Available spots:
Back room – (~15 m2) with a large window and park views. (The access to the toilet, and a small kitchenette, are located in the backroom).
Half of front room – (~15m2 of space) with huge windows, views of the neighbourhood. (The access to the whole studio space is through the front room)
Rent: 190 e / month ( ~15 m2 of work space) OR for a desk spot (/or half of the back room) : 110 e / month
The space is suitable for different kinds of work. We’re attempting to keep the space allergy friendly, so frequent use of solvents is not possible in the space. I'm myself a visual artist, and I work for example with textiles, ceramics and video.
I hope to foster a warm queer inclusive and antiracist workspace community in the space. In the front room there’s a relaxing spot with a couch for everyone to use.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Before the front door there is a ~10 cm high ~90 cm wide and deep step. The front and the inside door frames are approx. 90 cm wide, with about 3 cm high thresholds. Before entering the front room, there is a ~90 cm wide and deep hallway between the front and the inside door. The toilet and the corner kitchen are located in the back room, the entrance of which is through a ~ 85 cm wide doorframe and stairs; there are five stairs that are ~22 cm deep and ~ 18 cm high. The toilet has a sink but is otherwise quite small.

Ihanalle (uudelle) työhuoneelle Ruskeasuolla etsitään 2(–3) alivuokralaista tammikuusta 2025 eteenpäin!
Vapaat paikat:
Takahuone (~15 m2), jossa on iso ikkuna ja puistonäkymät. (Pääsy työtilan vessaan ja keittiönurkkaus sijaitsevat tässä huoneessa.)
Puolet etuhuoneesta (~15m2), jossa suuret ikkunat ja näkymä naapurustoon. (Sisäänpääsy koko työtilaan on etuhuoneen kautta.)
Vuokra: 190 e / kk (15 m2 työskentelytilaa) tai pöytäpaikka (/tai puolet takahuoneesta): 110 e / kk
Tila on sopiva monenlaiselle erilaiselle työskentelylle. Pyrimme pitämään tilan allergiaystävällisenä, niin liuottimien käyttö tilassa ei ole mahdollista. Olen itse kuvataiteilija, ja työskentelen mm. tekstiilien, keramiikan ja videon parissa.
Toivon, että tilaan voi rakentua lämmin queer-inklusiivinen ja antirasistinen työhuoneyhteisö. Etuhuoneessa on taukospotti ja sohva kaikkien käyttöä varten.

SAAVUTETTAVUUS:
Ennen etuovea on n. 10 cm korkea nousu n. 90 leveälle ja syvälle portaalle. Etuoven ja sisäoven karmit ovat n. 90 cm leveä ja niillä on n. 3 cm korkuiset kynnykset. Etu- ja sisäoven välissä on n. 90 cm leveä ja pitkä eteiskoppi ennen pääsyä huoneeseen. Wc ja keittiönurkkaus sijaitsevat takahuoneessa, jonne johtaa n. 85 cm leveän oven takana olevat portaat; portaita on noin viisi, ja ne ovat n. 22 cm syviä ja n. 18 cm korkeita. Wc:ssä on oma lavuaari, mutta on muuten verrattain pieni.
