Musicians welcome to the cultural hub in Vallila

We are looking for a member to join us in a music,
workshop and instrument building collective. The
collective has been sailing the seas of culture and
friendship since 2020.
The space is located in Aarikka's old paintery, in the
cultural hub of Vallila.
We have room for a musician, especially for either early
morning birds or night prowlers.
Musicians, music teachers and singer/songwriters are
welcome, but we are open to all suggestions. For any
music related craft the place is ideal, as it has a music
room in addition to a space for crafting. There is a pottery
wheel as well for those interested in throwing some clay.
The 130m2 place consists of a very nice kitchen with large
windows and a large central room left open for arranging
workshops, jam sessions, etc.
There is a workshop space for dusty work and painting
(with a very effective separate air ventilation system), a
newly renovated bathroom and a floating, sound insulated
music room.
The final room is for office work, editing or practicing one's
instrument.
An elevator comes directly into the space.
The time distribution amongst the users is based on an
online calendar.
The price of €200 is negotiable to meet your needs.
