Tarvitsetko hoitohuonetta, meditaatio- tai joogatilaa, tai tilaa muuhun ryhmätyöskentelyyn?
Helsinki Zen Center meditaatiokeskus/temppeli sijaitsee Sörnäisten Pääskylänrinteellä ja se soveltuu rauhalliseen toimintaan kuten hierontaan, kehonhuoltoon, joogaan, meditaatioon, keskusteluun jne.
Tiloissa on mediaatiosali, hoitohuone, suihku ja wc. Hoitohuoneen sisustukseen kuuluu hierontapöytä, tatamit ja futon. Hoitohuone on äänieristetty. Saliin mahtuu esimerkiksi n. 8-10 hengen joogaryhmä tai 16-18 hengen meditaatioryhmä. Joogamatot, zafut ja zabutonit löytyvät paikan päältä. Kaikissa huoneissa paitsi keittiössä ja vessassa on siperiankuusiparketti.
Toivomme löytävämme pitkäaikaisia ja luotettavia vuokralaisia jotka arvostavat kaunista ja valoisaa hiljentymiseen ja kehomielen yhteyden harjoittamiseen tarkoitettua tilaa.

Do you need a treatment room, meditation or yoga space, or a space for other group work?
The Helsinki Zen Center meditation center/temple is located in Pääskylänrinne, Sörnäinen, and is suitable for peaceful activities such as massage, body care, yoga, meditation, discussion, etc.
The facilities include a meditation hall, treatment room, shower, and toilet. The treatment room is furnished with a massage table, tatamis, and futon. The treatment room is soundproofed. The hall can accommodate, for example, a yoga group of about 8-10 people or a meditation group of 16-18 people. Yoga mats, zafus, and zabutons are available on site. All rooms except the kitchen and toilet have Siberian spruce parquet flooring.
We hope to find long-term and reliable tenants who appreciate a beautiful and bright space intended for quiet reflection and practicing the connection between body and mind.
