We’re looking for a subtenant for the period May–September for a cozy office space at the Cable Factory.
The space includes:

Rent:
€600 / month (+ VAT) – entire space
➡️ Suitable for 1–4 people
Note:
One person from the current tenant will be present approx. 1 day per week in May–June.
From July to September, the space is fully available for the subtenant.
