Sisältää sohvan ja ison työpöydän, jotka voidaan tarvittaessa siirtää pois. Huone soveltuu hyvin luovaan työskentelyyn. Kiinteistössä on muita työhuoneita sekä alakerrassa yrityksiä.
Muusikoille, jos työ on äänekästä, käyttö on mahdollista viikonloppuisin ja arkisin klo 17 jälkeen.
Maalareille on hyvä valo, ja toivotaan tärpätitöntä käyttöä, syynä yhteinen LVI kaikissa huoneissa.

I am subletting my workspace starting from June 1, 2026.

The room is 16.5 m², with windows facing southwest, on the second floor. The building is quiet and well-maintained, with heating, a shared kitchen, and toilets.
The rent is €150 per month. The deposit is €150, and the notice period is 1 month.
The room includes a sofa and a large desk, which can be removed if needed. It is well suited for creative work. There are other workspaces in the building, as well as businesses on the ground floor.
For musicians: if your work is noisy, the space can be used on weekends and on weekdays after 5 PM.
For painters: the lighting is good, and solvent-free use is preferred due to shared ventilation across all rooms.
