Dance space required

I want to organize dance classes and workshops for both beginner dancers and improvers. So I need a space with relatively good floor. Dancers usually have indoor special shoes or socks, so there will be no damage for the floor. Would be nice to have a audio box or a speaker but if not then I can bring my own - space is the most important.
