Spacious working space (2 rooms, 62m2) well suited for ostheopaths, physiothepapist, massagists or other professionals (therapy, consultation etc.). Working space is on the street level about 5 minutes walk from Kamppi shopping center.
Good location with very reasonable rent! Well connected with tram, metro and buses. Tenant can bring his/her own nursing table, as well. Possible to rent from the beginning of September or October. Free days to rent are Monday, Tuesday and Sunday (whole day) and Friday (until 16.15). One may be able to start already in the end of August on Mondays and Fridays.
It's possible to rent one or more week days in a month: Mon,Tue,Wed or Thu (150eur/month), Friday (120eur/month) and Sunday (120eur/month).
Other tenants at moment are musician, dance therapist and meditation group. There's a mini-kitchen, fridge and toilet and bathroom and large sofa in the drawing room.

Hoitotilaa tarjolla keskeisellä paikalla Kampissa!
Kampissa vuokralle tarjolla tilava hoitohuone vastaanottotilalla (2 h, 62 m2). Soveltuu hyvin mm. hierojille, fysioterapeuteille, osteopaateille tai muun alan ammattilaisille työhuoneeksi (mm.terapia tai konsultaatio). Tila on katutasossa ja siitä on noin 5 minuutin kävelymatka Kampin kauppakeskukselle.
Todella hyvä sijainti keskeisellä paikalla edullisella vuokralla! Hyvät raitiovaunu-, metro -ja bussiyhteydet. Vuokralainen voi tuoda oman hoitopöytänsä. Vuokraus mahdollista elo-,syys-tai lokakuusta alkaen. Elokuussa vapaana ovat maanantai (koko päivä) ja perjantai (klo 16.15 asti) sekä syyskuun alusta vapautuvat myös ti ja su (koko päivä). Myös yksittäisten päivien vuokraus mahdollista, mutta toivotaan vuokralaista, joka voisi vuokrata useampaa päivää viikossa.
Tilaa vuokraavat myös muusikko ja meditaatioryhmä. Koko tila on päiväkohtaisesti vain yhden vuokralaisen käytössä kerrallaan. Hoitotilasta löytyy mm. pieni keittonurkkaus jääkaapilla, wc- ja suihkutilat sekä vastaanottotilasta sohva.
